Ama Cafe- A Fun Hangout Place

In today's time, big is considered better. But what those big cafes don't know, is being exploited by smaller cafes like Ama Cafe. This place is hard to locate, but if it's found once it's tough to forget too. We (me, my sister and my cousins) went there upon my sister's recommendation and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this wonderful place. As I said earlier, it was quite tough to locate, but when we entered it was a really pleasant surprise. The place is crude yet elegant, it is small yet huge and it might look like a normal run-of-the-mill cafe, but what separates it from the rest is the coffee they offer.

We tried many of their coffees, but my favorite was Affogato. It's a blend of really dense and rich black coffee with cold and creamy vanilla ice-cream. When these two are mixed, the result is simply amazing. You get a really rich flavor of coffee, which is not overpowering and not too sweet. It just hits the spot. After a long hard day, this can be my go-to drink.

Among the other dishes we tried, a few stood out. Their Peri-Peri Chicken Pizza was delicious. the base was crunchy because it was fresh, the chicken was juicy and tender and the heat it produced was great. The quality of the cheese used was very high and the pull it produced was enjoyed by everyone. We also tried their The Funghi Pizza. This pizza was also delicious and had all the qualities of the Peri-Peri Chicken Pizza, the cheese, the vegetables, and all those condiments were in the right proportions. This is exactly how a thin-crust pizza should be made and served.

Then we tried their Grilled Vegetable Cheese Sandwich, which wasn't up to the mark. It felt a little stale, maybe because it was cold. But the vegetables used were crispy and the mayonnaise used was also of good quality. The bread was soft and moist, almost broke when I held it. This sandwich can be improved by just tweaking a few things.

Then stepped into the fabulous desserts. And they were gone in 5 seconds. We ordered 2 of their pastries, Dark Chocolate Cake and Chocolate Tiramisu. Dark Chocolate Cake had a rich texture with a bitter flavor. The pastry wasn't too sweet and was very soft and moist. Chocolate Tiramisu was a beautiful looking pastry, which colored layers of cream and pastry which made it almost too beautiful to take a bite off. It was bitter and sweet at the same time. The pastry was moist and was light on the tongue. It was a perfect end to an awesome dinner.

After we had all this, we stayed there and admired the place for some time. The smallest things can surprise you, only if you allow them. We will surely recommend this place and will soon be visiting again, maybe to try their delicious breakfast menu. Till then, stay brilliant Ama Cafe!!!
