Chinese Food in India
Chinese food has been very popular in India, mainly because of its spicy flavor and soft texture. Whenever we talk about Chinese food, Honey Chili Potato comes to our mind. Traditionally, Chinese food does not consist of so many spices. But in India, we are used to having spicy food, so we Indianised Chinese food and made it into something which everyone loves.
No family dinner is complete without this, the Hot n Sour Soup. It's a delicious pre-starter which we all relish during a Chinese dinner. It has all the ingredients which we like to devour. The noodles in the soup give it the oomph factor. The spices it has are really refreshing and they give the soup a sweet and sour kick. It's a satisfying soup which we like to have even when we have Indian food.
Let's talk about Honey Chili Potato for a while. This potato delicacy has won millions of hearts in India. It's sweet, it's spicy, it's tangy and it's very filling. It goes with every drink or cocktail or beer. The more crispy they are, the more irresistible they become.
The main course should be as pretty as this picture. There step in, Noodles. Noodles are a great Chinese food which can be sweet, sour, spicy and many more flavors. My personal favorite is Chili Garlic Noodles. They are the best way to have noodles. The chili gives it the spice, the garlic gives it acidity and the noodles with these two flavors are simply outstanding. Such main course is the best way to end the night on.
As they say, "There is always room for dessert", why not end this perfect meal on a more perfect note? The mango pudding is the best way to satiate your dessert buds. The shaky texture of this magnificent dessert makes it absolutely sumptuous. One bite in and there is a huge smile on your face. The taste of this dessert is balanced, which makes it so good. You can not stop at just one bite. this dessert demands to be finished instantaneously.
