The Way To Health Through A Diet

As we all are getting aware of our health, we are learning more and more about how to reach our optimal weight. Some people just quit everything, in order to lose weight. But this approach is not only barbaric, but it's also hazardous. The harm this does is way more than the good it does for our bodies. I have recently started working on achieving my goal weight and it's absolutely not the way which we are all familiar with. I will be sharing my experience with dieting and losing weight. So sit back and enjoy the easiest way to lose weight.


1. Don't stop eating altogether- This is the biggest misconception about dieting. Whenever we hear the word diet, we resonate it with no eating and couldn't be more wrong. Dieting is about eating healthy, eating fresh fruits and vegetables and eating all these in moderate proportions. Eating healthy is very important as it helps in preventing many problems like High Blood Pressure, Obesity etc.

2. Avoid sweets or sugary products- We like to eat sweets or chocolates in every mood, whether we are sad or happy. But what we don't know is that this puts a lot of stress on our body. It increases the sugar level in our blood, which leads to many other diseases like diabetes. According to recent findings, most of the people are obese because of these sweets and sugary products. The best course of action would be to reduce these products and you will eventually lose weight.

3. Completely avoid processed foods- We often go the market and purchase many pre-packaged goods like protein bars, milk-shakes and many more, thinking they are made for dieting or muscle gain. But what most of us don't know is that these goods contain preservatives and complex sugars. And thus we end up gaining weight, instead of losing it. The best way to lose weight is to avoid these processed foods and make them on your own using farm fresh products and freshly produced meats.

4. Soft drinks or alcohol don't help- We all believe that vodka helps in reducing weight and that's why we end up drunk. But this isn't the right way to lose weight. In fact, alcohol only increases stress on the body and makes you weak. If you are going to the gym on a daily basis, alcohol and soft drinks make you lose stamina and your body gets rotten from the inside. These are the devils which we need to stop having.

5. Reduce the usage of butter and other fatty products- We all need fat for metabolism, but we don't need it in huge amounts. We need only 44 to 78 grams of fat in a day. And if we consume butter on a daily basis, we are gaining more weight than losing it. Sure it tastes good, but ultimately it's harming our body in ways we can't even imagine. So, if you want to reduce weight or gain muscle, reducing the usage of such products is vital.

These are the 5 tips I followed and I have lost a bunch of weight. And I would suggest you all follow it to lead a very healthy lifestyle and to extend your lives as well.   2. Yes, that can be done. But the best alternative is to use honey or no sugar.

    1. M sorry but these days a lot of brands add sugar in there honey. So using honey is not a good option instead you can use jaggery ( gur).
