We Love Desserts!!
There is a saying, "There are two types of people in the world: those who love chocolate and communists." If you don't love a nice piece of rich, smooth chocolate, you know where you belong. People believe that there is always a place for dessert. Well, it's always true. No matter how full you are, you will always want to have a good, delicious dessert after a good meal. I would like to share a few of my personal favorite desserts I have tasted so far, and some of them were quite exquisite.
This is an OREO CHEESECAKE pastry. It was simply outstanding and had the best texture. The base of the pastry was crunchy and crispy. It was made of dense chocolate. The middle part was gooey cheesecake with chocolate and oreo flavor. The pastry was topped with an oreo biscuit, which made it look more beautiful. This beast is available at Bakerz Lodge in Punjabi Bagh. Do give it a shot.
I tend to leave the best for the last. This beauty is called CHOCOLATE MOUSSE WITH WHITE CHOCOLATE GANACHE. As simple and minimalistic it looks, the flavor it packed was completely opposite. It was bitter, it was sweet, it was simply delicious. I loved each bite of this amazing dessert. It rested on a graham cracker biscuit, which surely complimented the pastry. It was silky smooth and full of chocolate. The white chocolate ganache on top of it gave it a nice color and balanced the bitterness of the pastry.
Sometimes, we come across such works of art and we just sit, awestruck looking at them. These were some of those moments. If you have had such moments, describe them in the comment section. Let's see who has had the best food moment....

This bad boy is a native of Amari Hua Hin, Thailand and it's a DARK CHOCOLATE PASTRY WITH GREEN TEA MACRON. I tried it in the beautiful hotel of Amari and it just blew my mind. It was a work of art and it looked stunning. The exterior was a rocky one, full of nuts and the interior was a cold chocolate pastry which just makes you go WOW. To top the delicious, rich flavor profile, it was topped with a lush green macron. You won't believe what the macron is made of. It's made of GREEN TEA. That's right, green tea. Generally, macrons are made of chocolate or red velvet or such popular flavors. But making it of green tea, that's what I call innovation. It wasn't bitter at all, in fact, it complimented the pastry. The acidity of the macron counter-balanced the sweetness of the pastry. It's a must try at Amari Hua Hin.
